  1. Clean the Surface: Ensure the wall is flat and smooth for optimal adhesion. 🧼
  2. Remove the Protective Film: Peel off the film covering each piece before placement.
  3. Position and Secure: Place each piece on the wall, then gently wipe with a mirror cloth to remove air bubbles. 💨

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • A fuzzy protective film covers the surface to prevent scratches—remove it after installation! 🛡️
  • Acrylic material is delicate; avoid repositioning once applied to prevent cracks. ⚠️
  • If the stickers are not adhering well, use a hairdryer on the adhesive edges to strengthen the bond. 🔥
  • Ensure walls are dry, clean, and smooth; uneven or dusty surfaces may cause the stickers to come off.

Delivery & Cancellation Policy

Delivery Policy

Deliver Method: When a customer places an order, you may be approached via email, SMS or Email for confirmation. Once we make sure your order is legit, we prepare your order and hand it over to our courier partners.  Currently we are only serving UAE and will only process orders that have a legit UAE delivery address.

Delivery Fees: Delivery charges depend upon the product size and weight and minimum delivery charges are 5 AED. Final delivery charges will appear on checkout page and customer will be charged only the amount that they will see on the checkout page.

Delivery Time: Delivery for an order can take between 2-6 working days. Delivery time may change based on weather conditions, national holiday and other reasons. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed. If you have any troubles in processing your cancellation, please reach us @ orders@rashidexpress.ae
